吸尘器温升测试方法
1) 额定电压下Pf: 所有正常, 测试3 分钟时的输入功率 _W
Pi: 堵住进风口20 秒时的输入功率 _W
Pm= (Pf+pi)/2
2)输入1.06 倍的额定电压 ((1.06*=233.2V ),
(3) 测试至稳定, 电源线卷绕三分之二测试30 分钟以后将电源线展开测试,
(4) 测试时软管放直, 若软管为可拆除的则将软管拆除测试
(5) 用热电偶法测试温升, 用电阻法测试马达绕组的温升, 请记录数据在附页
(6) 在额定电压下操作20 秒后, 通过调节进风口使功率达到Pm(平均功率), 如果必要的话, 三
分钟时再调节一次,最终使功率达到Pm.再将电压调节到 V 测试.
NOTE 4 The temperature rise of a winding is calculated from the formula:

t is the temperature rise of the winding;
R 1 is the resistance at the beginning of the test;
R 2 is the resistance at the end of the test;
k is equal to 234,5 for copper windings and 225 for aluminium windings;
t 1 is the room temperature at the beginning of the test;
t 2 is the room temperature at the end of the test.
At the beginning of the test, the windings are to be at room temperature. It is recommended that the resistance of
windings at the end of the test be determined by taking resistance measurements as soon as possible after
switching off and then at short intervals so that a curve of resistance against time can be plotted for ascertaining
the resistance at the instant of switching off. |
