For this PCBA Storage:

1. The PCBA should be packed by special bag which can prevent the ESD damage to the sensitive components

2.The storaging rack is not suitable for the PCB storage, the components on the PCB has a potential risk to damaged by other PCB, you can see that 2 PCBs stuck together

3.Didnt identify the status for the PCB, is OK or NG?

For the packing line:


1. Some of breakaway blade been found on the wrok station, it will be caused following result:

---Breakaway blade cant be used in workshop for some product, for example, toys and some of product which intend for children

--even it is not breakaway blade,  it still will be a NC because of the blade didnt fix to the table or chair. and what more is the blade didnt numbered, and also check if any controlling record been made for reference.





BTW, I really intresting to such a topic that sto provide some photos and everyone have the chance to exercise, thanks to the author.
