just see it , it's not can help us to study English,
you must have yourself method.  

happy ! interest! you must find the kind feeling.

brave ! courage!  you must write and speak with smell whatever  you have few words. just use you have , try do it .
you can ! believe it .! just do it!     

when you want to do (speak , write), just do , not other method.!

find a platform and place , do it .  with your friend . without your friend , it doesn't matter, remember: do what you want to do . it 's  important. it's first.
