In my opinion, we should know the information as below:

1. how critical the problem is? if it happen before and got complains fom the market, just reject, you have no chose.
2. what is the quantity? if it over the acceptable level according the request such as AQL, you can reject because it will be high risk in future market.
3. what is deadline about the products shipping date, if it had enough time to rework, reject it.

Do afraid them, reject it and ensure the quality goods is your responsibility.
