1.Gentlemen are much more welcome by companies. That is, men are easier to find a job than women, espacially when one's over 30 years old. That's my experience.
2. It's easier for men to succeed in work than women, who have to take care of the family and worry more about their children or old people at home.
3. Men have more free time and more freedom to go about than women after marriage.
And so on....
So, I hope to be a man next time.
