请教一下美国cepia l.l.c公司深圳代表处面试QC ENGINEER待遇怎么样？

小弟我现在要去美国cepia l.l.c公司深圳代表处面试QC ENGINEER，请教大家；
1）面试时要注意什么，英语面试难吗？需要口语否？
2）待遇怎么样？

Responsibility:
handle product testing inside and outside lab in the new product development stage.
fully support for approval sample submission to customer and U.S office in new product development stage.
handle quality issue of the product in the mass production stage.
build product specification for new product.
arrange inspector‘s daily job for process quality control and pre-shipment inspection. In charge of the training for inspector.
deal with the complaint issue from sales team and customer.
need travel in Shenzhen district and Shanghai district.
work location will be in Jiangsu province.
Requirement:
good knowledge with toy quality and safety requirement, ASTM F963, EN71...
solid experience in toy field, plastic, electrical, plush toy.
familiar with testing method for new product.
have good experience for process quality control and pre-shipment inspection.
good English command.

这公司有点不负责啊，不看简历就叫人去面谈的，不懂玩具就别去了。

这家公司不会和员工签合同,如果录用是跟51JOB签,大家要小心,我去过,上班期间,他们的同事大都坐在一起聊天,无所事实的样子.

貌似这个公司可以，做仓鼠玩具的，好象很好卖，他们发的单和我们公司发的单在清远一个工厂（万兴），那些验货QC待遇不错哦！
