现在检验员的心态不平稳啊！看到业务开着轿车，上着馆子！而自己的能力也不差。为什么他们能那样呢？一个天上 一个底下！你说心里平么？

This is answering to Chocoxiao:
First, the information for operations must be confirmed by your company, you cannot get fresh from factory and apply directly.
Second, usually you need to follow customer's requirements, not the factory's. You might be misguided by factory.
Third, it is important that you should  not have factory know the fact that you did did not know! o/w, the consequence might be disastrous.
For ISP, usually an inspector would not be assigned to work on product that he know nothing.
