To improve English

I am graduated from school is about 1.5years. And it was found the oral English is worse and worse. I konw improve the English is very important, but I always find the excuse. The new year has been coming, I should make the study plan to improve the English level. Come on. I can do it, and We can do it too.

Yes, English is more and more important for our life! For example: the foreigner's company, must have good English spoken skills at least! I remembered that I ever found a foreigner's company, when I coming there to take part in the intervteiw, here is a foreigner boss coming,so handsome. He talked with me some questions, Because my English spoken skill is very poor, at that time it's really awaful and sick. But I think if your want to do well a good work about English, you must do it well at school time, other time just improved a little...

bad English spoken,can't communicate with foreigner,I really want to improve my spoken, who has any idea.
