Yes, I can feel this pressure more and more in my job, because the owner of our company is Portuguese, and most of customer are in US, so we have to spell English to communicate with them ...

How to improve your english, i think you must do four things: listening and write it, then open your mouth to speak loudly, everyday repeat it.
