现受一家公司的委托招聘审核员和生产工程师,具体条件如下:
Social Compliance Auditor
Job Summary:
• Manage the Compliance management audit team to facilitate & monitor the supplier in COC compliance and also drive suppliers for continuous improvement.
Job Relationships
• Internal: Compliance Management team, Supply Chain Sourcing and Strategies, Toy BU, Seating & Décor BU, QA, Overseas Offices
• External: Supply base, NGO, audit firms
Job Responsibilities
● New supplier COC development and qualification including supplier training, policies & procedures review and new supplier evaluation audit…etc.
● Initiate training program to suppliers & organize serial of trainings/workshops to provide suppliers technical & practical knowledge in COC compliance.
● Manage supplier COC patrol audits including prepare & maintain annual audit plan, perform audits & CAP follow up and evaluate audit effectiveness & efficiency to ensure close monitoring of suppliers.
● Manage customer COC audits including review supplier’s audit report, assist supplier to formulate the CAP and CAP follow up & verification.
● Conduct on-site inspection and provide technical advice on improving factory’s facilities, processes and working environment to demonstrate compliance in both COC.
● Issue audit reports & Corrective Action Request, facilitate suppliers to formulate the effective corrective and preventive action plans.
● Update COC requirements, applicable laws & regulations and industrial practice to teammates & suppliers through ITS, local government etc.
● Conduct survey on COC trends of other brands/industries, benchmark good practices for continuous improvement.
● Follow up the implementation of the suppliers’ improvement plans and verify the effectiveness of the improvement actions.
● Maintain grievance channel between factories’ employees, investigate and follow up suggestion letters.
● Reach out to NGOs/other associations for collaborative ideas, best practice sharing and bench marking.
● Take up ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Qualifications/Experience
● Have sound knowledge of social responsibility
● Have at least 3-year experience in running social responsibility improvement projects
● Have a sound knowledge & at least 3-year experience in supplier audit, i.e. SA8000 and social compliance.
● Qualified Lead Auditor in management system, i.e. SA8000
● Strong business ethics and high level of integrity
Education
Bachelor Degree holder in engineering / manufacturing.

● Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to deal with different levels of people
● Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency throughout complex organizations
● Strong communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Production Engineer
Job Summary:
To actively work with Tool manufacturers, Vendors, Factories to ensure that tools and manufacturing processes are suitable to make product of the correct quality and safety.
To actively work with factories to ensure that they are capable and meet all TMS quality and product safety requirements.
Job Relationships
Internal – Quality & Safety Teams/ Product Development, Operations.
Associated Business Units – HM Toys, Non HM, Non McD’s& Retail Toys, other TMS Business.
External – Manufacturing Vendors, Suppliers, Testing Labs, Subcontract Manufacturers, Raw Material Suppliers.
Direct Report – None
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the oversight of the tool manufacturing process.
• Monitor, advise and report back on tool fabrication if /when issues arise.
• Evaluate first shot and assembly test shots, testing as necessary.
• Ensure that SAS samples meet the specification requirements and their submission to development engineers for approval.
• Organise and participate in mould revision meetings with factories /tool makersand be responsible for sign off approval.
• Communicate and review any changes to functionality or aesthetics with the development engineers and quality engineers.
• Monitor production starts up, including review of first offmoulded components.
• Follow up on all issues found with factories, tool makers and TMS functions ‘debugging’ as necessary.
• Active involvement in factory assessment, selection, control and improvement.
• Conduct necessary activities both pre and during production in order to identify production quality issues early in the product life cycle, & monitoring & verifying factory solutions.
• Work with factories, and suppliers, to improve the TMS factory base and product execution in order to consistently meet quality expectations and get thing right first time.
• Provide technical advice and support to TMS and factory management.
• Work with factories to carry out necessary product improvements to meet TMS requirements.
• Focused working with factories on complex key item programs, to ensure equipment, skill levels, production planning and capacity meet all TMS requirements needs prior to production.
• Facilitate problem resolution in factories monitortheir effectiveness and advise on corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications/Experience
• Technical expertise in toys, premium & children’s products.
• Proven experience working in factories in production.
• Good basic knowledge in a variety of other product areas.
Education
• At least 4 years working in tooling and factories
• Degreein manufacturing engineering or relevant scientific/technical discipline.
Job Knowledge/Skills
• Problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes, procedures and best practice.
• Good communication and persuasive skills.
• Good spoken and written English, Mandarin / Vietnamese (as appropriate)
