Position Summary: Quality Engineer
Work closely with Suppliers, Development, Business, and QA teams to ensure sustained sourcing, improve supplier quality, monitor/document supplier corrective actions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
--Necessary communication with Account Managers during New Product Development Stage
--Coordinate and finalize detailed product specification sheet
--Organize on-site Pre-production meetings
--Ensure all production are in compliance with legal and customer requirements, including working with 3rd party testing lab on product test and certifications etc.
--Conduct onsite quality inspections and Following-up of production quality
--Investigate and resolve quality issues
Requirements:
--Strong problem solving and communication skills are required for this position.
--5+ years of quality control experience is a must.
--Background in handicraft industries preferred.
--Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required
--QC Experience in factory or trading office preferred
--Able to travel frequently and upon request.

--完成并制定详细的产品要求规格书
--组织现场的生产前质量会议
--确保所有产品符合法定以及客人要求，包括与第三方实验室沟通以及安排相关测试等
--执行现场质量检验，跟进产品质量
--调查和解决产品质量投诉等问题
岗位要求：
--熟练的语言沟通能力和解决问题的能力
--5年以上质量控制岗位经验
--有手工工艺品产品背景优先
--良好的中英文书写沟通能力
--有工厂和贸易公司质检经验优先
--能够接受并适应出差
