14.1 Dielectric voltage-withstand
绝缘体的耐压性能
14.1.1
The dielectric voltage-withstand test apparatus shall be in accordance with Clause 16.20.
绝缘体的耐压性能测试设备要能达到第16.20条中所列标准。
14.1.2
A luminaire shall withstand for a period of 1 minute, without breakdown, a test potential applied between live parts and accessible non-current-carrying metal parts, including parts accessible only during relamping.
将一测试电压加在一个带电部件和一个非载流金属部件之间,灯具应能承受1分钟而不会出故障,包括只有在再开灯时才能接触的部件。
14.1.3
The test potential shall be 1000 V for incandescent-type luminaires and 1000 V plus twice the rated input voltage for all other types of luminaire.
对于白炽灯的灯具,
所加的测试电压为1000V,对于其它类型的灯具,测试电压应为1000V再加上输入电压的两倍。
14.1.4
The applied potential shall be gradually increased from zero at a uniform rate until the required test value is reached or breakdown occurs. During the test, any switches or other controls shall be in the ON position.
测试电压要从0 渐渐地,匀速地加在所测试的灯具上,
直到达到所要求的电压或是灯具发生了故障为止。在测试时,所有的开关和控制器都要置于“ON”的位置。
14.1.5
The test shall be performed on a fully assembled luminaire. Non-current-carrying parts or decorative parts not likely to become energized are not required to be in place.
测试要在一个完整的灯具上进行。非载流部件或装饰性部件,不可能过电的,不要求装上去。
14.1.6
Solid state components not relied upon to reduce the risk of electric shock and that may be damaged by the applied dielectric potential may be disconnected for the test. The circuitry may be rearranged for the purpose of the test to reduce the likelihood of solid state component damage while retaining the representative dielectric stress on the circuit.
不可能用来减少电击风险或有可能被所加的绝缘测试电压损伤的固态组件可以为测试而断开连接。有获得的电介质应力集中在电路时,为了测试,可以将电路重新安排,以减少固态组件受损的可能性。
14.2 Grounding continuity
接地的连贯性
14.2.1
The grounding continuity test apparatus shall be in accordance with Clause 16.19.

14.2.2
A luminaire shall be tested for grounding continuity between the luminaire grounding terminal and accessible noncurrent-carrying metal parts. The resulting drop in voltage shall be measured between the two points, and the resistance shall not exceed 0.10 ohm.
灯具要作灯具接地端子与可接触非载流金属部件之间的接地连贯性测试.造成的两点间的电压下降要测出来, 电阻不能超过0.10 ohm
14.3 Interlock switch endurance
互锁开关的耐用性
14.3.1
A luminaire incorporating an interlock switch shall be connected to a supply circuit and operated at rated lamp voltage, wattage, and frequency, with the switch contacts connected in the ungrounded conductor.
将装有互锁开关的灯具与供电电路联通,
并以灯泡的额定电压、功率、频率工作,开关的接触片要与未接地的导电线联接。
14.3.2
Accessible non-current-carrying metal parts of the luminaire shall be connected to the grounded conductor of the supply circuit through a 3 A quick-acting plug-type fuse.
将灯具上的可接触的非载流金属部件用3A快速反应插头式保险丝与供电线路上已接地的导线相联接。
14.3.3
The switch shall be operated by means of the interlocking mechanism provided in the luminaire for 500 cycles at a rate not exceeding six cycles per minute.
开关要用灯具上的互锁机构以每分钟不超过6圈的速度开启500圈。
14.3.4
Test results shall be acceptable if there is no:

a)electrical or mechanical malfunction of the switch;

15.1 Dielectric voltage-withstand

15.1.1
A dielectric voltage-withstand test shall be performed on 100 percent of production of luminaires that contain conductors that are:
灯具上的导电线具有下列特点的, 在生产过程中要作100%的绝缘材料耐用压测试.
a)not visible after assembly; or
组装以后看不见,
b) enclosed for a distance more than 38 mm (1.50 in) within:
位于杆部、臂部或管状部分壳体内,或是未列上清单的或是没有经认证过的导线管内,深度达38 mm (1.50 in)
1)a stem, arm, or tubing; or
2) conduit that is not Listed or Certified.
15.1.2
A fluorescent luminaire with the construction described in Clause 15.1.1 and provided with a removable cover for access to conductors shall not be required to be subjected to the factory dielectric voltage-withstand test.
结构如第15.1.1条所描述,还有一个供导线引进引出的日光灯具的活动盖子的日光灯灯具不要求一定要作绝缘材料耐压测试。
15.1.3
The dielectric voltage-withstand test apparatus shall be in accordance with Clause 16.20.
绝缘材料耐压性能测试设备应符合第16.20条的要求.
15.1.4
Luminaires shall be fully assembled, with control and protective components in conducting position, switches in the ON position, and fuses in place. Isolated non-current-carrying metal parts or decorative parts not likely to become energized shall not be required to be in place.
灯具要完全组装好,控制器和保护性组件组于通电状态,开关处于“ON”的位置,保险丝也在位。
已绝缘的非载流金属部件或不可能通电的装饰性部件不要求装配到位。
15.1.5
Solid state components not relied upon to reduce the risk of electric shock and that may be damaged by the applied dielectric potential may be disconnected for the test. 15.1.6
The test shall be conducted by applying a voltage of 1200 V ac, for a duration of one second, without dielectric breakdown, between:

a)Primary wiring and accessible non-current-carrying metal parts that may become energized; and
初级电路和有可能会带上电的可接触非载流金属部件之间,还有
b) Primary wiring and accessible uninsulated live parts in the secondary circuit of an isolating transformer rated for a maximum open circuit voltage of 30 volts rms or 42.4 volts peak.
初级电路和一个电大的额定开路电压为30 volts rms或是峰值电压为42.4 volts的已绝缘的变压器上的次级电路上的未绝缘可接触的带电部件。
