随便看看了，化学测试，验货的时候有你做不了，知道有屁用啊？！
不外乎看看外观，试试功能，要注意几点：
1.偏心-用卷笔刀削铅笔容易断锌
2.滑芯-不用说了，影响功能
3.胶合质量-不能开裂
4.外表油漆或者印刷质量
5.书写功能，用橡皮能够很好的搽除
6.注意铅笔铅芯的硬度要求，如HB,2B,4B等等，不过一般的工厂都没有测试设备，只好和样品比较了。

1. Pencils
wooden, graphite and coloured  
All Pencils - General Requirements
        Wood products must come from a certified sustainable source, detail or certification to be demonstrated at product selection and recorded in the specification on INSPIRE
        HB lead to be used unless otherwise specified in product brief
        Pencil lead to have a high breaking strength
        Coloured pencils to have a good depth of colour and be dust free
        Coloured pencils not to stain hands etc
        Must be able to sharpen well with no splinters or rough surfaces
        Graphite consistency adequate to provide smooth powder free writing
        All pencils (including natural looking) to be coated to 9H hardness
        If erasers provided, follow eraser brand standard (reference below)
Sainsbury's Basics
        Simple pencil should be presented with no eraser, undecorated but 9H hardness coated and not sharpened

2. Mechanical pencils
General Requirements
        Any erasers included with pencil to follow eraser brand standard (reference below)
        Minimum of 2 refills included in barrel, or pack of refills accompanying pencil

3. Erasers and pencil grips
General Requirements
        Erasers should leave no trace of graphite after use on all types of paper with HB pencils
        Coloured erasers should not leave colour on paper after use
        Erasers should leave little dust as possible after use
        Pencil grips should fit standard pencils with no slip
        Pencil grips should be easy to apply
        Coloured pencil grips should not leave colour trace on skin or paper, and must be free from phthalates

4.Pencil sharpeners
General Requirements
        Blades to be sharp and sharpen pencil easily and smoothly
        If waste compartment is provided, to be easily accessible for emptying
        Blade to be recessed and not accessible
