基本缺陷分类
*Critical Defect
致命缺陷
A defect of which experience and judgment indicates is likely to result in a hazardous or injurious situation to the user, or makes the product subject to governmental seizure.
该缺陷依据经验和判断表明，可能导致用户面临危险或伤害的情形，或使产品遭到ZF扣押。
*Major Defect
主要缺陷
Includes any unit having a defect other than a critical defect, which is likely to result in failure or materially reduce the usability of the unit for its intended purpose. This includes any aesthetic defect or construction problem, which deviates from the standard and may be cause for a customer return.
该缺陷不属于致命缺陷，但可能会导致产品功能失效或功能缺失。包括外观或结构方面与标准不符，可能导致客户退货。
*Minor Defect
次要缺陷
Includes any defect other than a critical or major defect that is not likely to reduce the usability of the unit for its intended purpose, or any unit not meeting established standards while having little bearing on the effective use of the product.
该缺陷不属于致命缺陷或主要缺陷，不会导致产品功能缺失，尽管某方面与标准不符，但在一定的容忍范围之内，一般不会导致客户退货。 |
