我有不同的意见:
1，quilting在这里是与lining相对应的，所以quilting应该译成夹棉之类的填充料，而不是一种缝法
2，第二句我是这样理解，车拉链要露面，就是拉链直接车接车在衫身面上，而不是在衫底。
