Senior Quality Engineer- Toys

Position Type: Full Time
Functionality: QA & QC

Job Description / Responsibility: 
    1. As a team leader, lead team members to be constantly involved in product development and
        supplier sourcing for customers to maintain competitiveness and to enhance business.
 2. To determine product specifications like quality, workmanship requirement.
 3. Pre-production control by conducting sample pre-check and dispatch.
 4. Serve as a consultant on technical issues.
 5. To work and explain to all suppliers as to our specifications of product
 6. Coach & train engineers

Job Requirement: 
    1. Possess a minimum of 6 years of sports shoes orToys  experience among which at
        least 3 years as a supervisor or team leader  
 2. Can perform quality audit
 3. Has good experience of product development
 4. More oriented on product development than producing reports.
 5. Is familiar with sports shoes or Toys construction
 6. Familiar with production process and international testing standard & regulation
 7. Has a university or tertiary education with an engineering background
 8. Has a good level of spoken and written English
