Hang-tag (with printed barcode information)
- Please place the Spare-bag to the face side of Paper Hang-Tag (so that not to cover the barcode information by the Spare-Bag);
-Then please attach the Paper Hang-Tag + Spare Bag to the main label by plastic pin
for SAVAGE brand: plastic pin color beige: pantone#12-0605TPX
for PEOPLE brand: plastic pin color black

Pls pay attention for down jacket and padding jacket, we keep using cord with lock to attach hangtags.


Individual polybag.
Polyethylene bag (individual, for each garment)
- Individual polybag should has flap with glue line on the top
- a polyethylene bag must be perforated to provide garment ventilation;
- a polyethylene bag must be of 40-50 micron density that depends on the garment weight;


- Please place the Paper Hang-Tag + Spare-Bag at the top of the face side of the garment so that barcode information was visible;

Set polybag.
Polybag for size set
- a size set polybag must be of 80-100 micron density that depends on the weight of the goods packed inside;
- a polybag with complete size set must have no access to its contents;
- a width of fusing seam must exceed ononValue="3" UnitName="mm" w:st="on">3 mm; ( we use hot press machine to seal the seam)
- volume of the polybag with a complete size set must correspond to volume of the goods inside to avoid wrinkles during a packing process at the factory;
- a size set polybag must be transparent to check its contents without opening;
-a size set polybag must have a sticker and it should be placed on the top right corner of covered set polybag, about ononValue="15" UnitName="cm" w:st="on">15cm from top and right edges of polybag.

For belts, or hats, or golves , or hand bag packing, in case the set poly bag is smaller, placement of set sicker can be adjusted , also the measurement of set sticker can be adjusted, pls discuss with us and ask approval before adjustment.

一、挂牌（条码的印刷）
吊牌的放入包装胶袋一定要正面朝上（因此条码信息不要印在胶袋空白处）
请附上挂牌且挂牌采用链式（长条形可以相扣）。
for SAVAGE 牌:用米色链式：潘东色号12-0605TPX
for people 牌：用黑色链式
请特别注意鸭绒服和有填充物的夹克，用细条形扣住挂牌。
二、独立胶袋
塑料胶袋（每个服装单独包装）
1.独立胶袋应该顶部有胶可以粘起来。
2.每个胶袋应该有合适大小的透气孔。
3.每个胶袋应该有40-50毫米的厚度（即0.04mm-0.05mm)
空白处印制的条码必须清晰可见。
三、套装胶袋
1.每个尺寸的胶袋必须80-100毫米，取决于内部所装服装的重量。
2.胶袋合适尺寸没有具体要求。
3.胶袋宽度一定要高压压紧。
4.胶袋尺寸一定要合适不要导致衣服折叠。
5.包装运输途中胶袋不会破裂。
对于皮带、帽子、手套或者挂牌包装，因为是小胶袋粘贴部分可以自行调节。但是必须征得我司意方可实行。
因为不合适尺寸的套装胶袋需要特别注明。
