2 - Please ensure neck shape is a smooth curve.

3 - Please ensure bulk production has no roping on any garment seams

4 - Please ensure there is no puckering or dragging of body fabric around neck, shoulder, armhole, hem or on hood. This is very important on neck, cuff and hem seams.

5 - When stitching armhole please ensure side seam allowance at shoulder and underarm is caught in so that it lays toward back of garment.

6 - When stitching neck please ensure shoulder seam allowance at HSP is caught in so that it lays toward back of garment.

7 - Please ensure seam allowance on inside of cuff is opened flat and pressed before attaching to sleeve.

8 - Cuff and hem depth must be even all the way around. Please monitor.

9 - Pockets either side of CF must be level / aligned to each other and mirror in position to each other.

10 - Pocket openings must not be stretched

11 - Please ensure that all stitching is neat and even with all loose threads trimmed

12 - Stitch tension must be balanced with the correct stitch length for the fabric type

13 - Please ensure the stitching is finished off securely and neatly, to ensure it will not come undone

14 - Please ensure only sharp needles are used and ensure needle size is correct for fabric type. Please monitor to ensure there is no grinning of fabric.

16 - Please ensure garments are not overpressed. There must be no glazing or impression marks on fabric especially around neck, shoulder, armhole seams and on CF.

17 - Take care when pressing not to distort garment shape

18 - There must be NO puckering on hood seam. Be careful not to overstretch during stitching.

19 - You must ensure the hood draw cord is attached to the hood with a sink stitch at the top hood seam, to ensure the drawcord can not be pulled out

20 - Eyelet position from neck seam must be level / aligned and correctly centered in hood cord channel.

22 - Please ensure the button holes are of neat and tight construction. The stitch density and thread thickness

must be appropriate for the fabric type to ensure that the base fabric is not visible through the buttonhole stitches.

23 - Buttonholes must be neatly trimmed and the correct size for the button

24 - All buttons MUST be machine lock stitched. All button attachments and buttons must withstand min 90 Newton's on pull test.

25 - All buttons / trims (zip puller, snaps, poppers etc..) and attachment method (lock stitching etc..) must withstand min 90 Newton's on pull test.

Neither the button / trim and attachment method (i.e. thread) should break / pull away from fabric under 90 Newton's

26 - Ensure the zip is inserted neatly and sits flat.

28 - All ononmetal components used must be non ferrous and be able to pass through the ononmetal detector.

29 - Please ensure the print/embroidery placement and quality is as advised by the product deveoper

30 - Embroidery must be clear and concise. The fabric must not distort around it and the paper backing must be removed

31 - Ensure Coats threads are used for all Ben Sherman produc
