PCB温度限值问题

在60950中好像没有看到PCB的温度限值，请问怎麽知道PCB的限值哪里有这方面的资料啊

60065里面7.1.1章节中有讲到PCB温升限制吗

you must see the pcb's datasheet, it can show the temperature limit of the PCB, all the components temperature rise and the operation temperature must within this limitation....
