关于BS1363-1中，clause 12.11.1
Compliance shall be checked by the following test.
After the tests described in clause 20 each pin is subjected for 60 s to a pull of 100 N without jerks in the direction of the major axis. The plug is mounted using the steel plate shown in figure 7. The apparatus is placed within an oven and the pull is applied at least 1 h after the plug body has attained the test temperature of 65-75?C, while maintained at this temperature.
是说先做完20章的机械强度测试后，在65-75下的拉力测试。
但是clause 20
The sample shall then be checked by inspection, and shall comply with the appropriate thest described in clasue 16, and the gauge in accordance with figure 5 when used in a manner as described in 12.2.1 but with a force not exceeding 20 N
我的理解是做完这一章节的测试后，需要满足16章的温升，满足12.2.1能插入量规

请问，这个测试的顺序应该是：
1. 先做clause 20的测试后，做clause 16温升，然后在做clause 12.11.1
2. 先做clause 20的测试后，做clause 12.11.1，然后在做clause 16的温升测试呢？
