假如一产品有一个带有thermal motor protectors的Motor. 同时该产品正常工作时间是由timer or programmer先前设置好了的。所以在做附录D的测试时在timer or programmer设置的时间到后样品停止工作,同时正在堵转的马达也停止了工作,那此时如何达到附录D规定的堵转的时间。
另外 如果把Motor单独从样品中取出来额外供电再堵转的话,马达脱离了样品,是不是和标准象违背。(因为IEC60950中有附录B:Motor tests under abnormal conditions中有这样写明:The tests are conducted either in the equipment or under simulated conditions on the bench. It is permitted to use separate samples for bench tests. Simulated conditions include:
– any protection devices that would protect the motor in the complete equipment; and
– use of any mounting means that may serve as a heat sink to the motor frame.
但是335中没说明,但是如果是做19.7章的堵转的话,timer or programmer设置的时间到后就可以了。
再有 对于totally enclosed DCmotor, 335中也没说明粘不到绕组,可以考核它的case。但是95中(For totally enclosed, impedance-protected motors, the temperatures are measured by thermocouples applied to the motor case.)电阻法不会对所有不同类型的马达都适应。对于不同类型的马达。想听听大家在测试的时候如何正确的运用电阻法 测量出合适的值。 |
