0类设备和2类设备的区别

0类设备和2类设备的差别是不是只有0类是基本绝缘防护的而2类是加强或附加绝缘防护的？
但是为什么IEC60884里面有一条说0类插头不应能插入2类的插座
0类插头难道和2类插头不一样吗？
有高手解答下吗？

“IEC60884里面有一条说0类插头不应能插入2类的插座”——因为0类相对不安全，它的插头可能带有接地，当然不能作2类来使用电源。
