求教AS/NZS 60335.2.30: 2009 clause 30.2.1

寻求高人指点:

澳洲针对Fan heater(室内加热器)最新2009版标准AS/NZS 60335.2.30: 2009 clause 30.2.1章规定:
30.2.1 Modification:
The glow-wire test is carried out on enclosures at a temperature of 650 °C.
Addition:
For fan heaters having an enclosure of substantially non-metallic material, the non-metallic
material
– in the enclosure, in fan blades and in all structural elements within the enclosure;
– in components such as thermostats, thermal cut-outs, switches and the like that are
mounted within a distance of 25 mm from a heating element;
are subjected to the following tests.
Such parts shall withstand the glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11 without ignition, the test
being carried out with a severity of 850 °C. However, the glow-wire test is not carried out on
parts of material classified as having a glow-wire ignition temperature according to
IEC 60695-2-13 of at least 875 °C.
我的理解是只要是产品外壳内部所有的塑胶零部件都需要做850度的灼热丝测试,而且一点火都不能起,也就是不是按照通常的判定方法:点火30秒,移开后30秒要熄灭来判定。
问题点是:哪些部件需要测试灼热丝,标准表达得非常模糊。以上in the enclosure, in fan blades and in all structural elements with the enclosure都用到了3个in, 是指外壳里,风扇叶片里,和外壳内部的结构性元件吗?
什么是外壳内部结构性元件?
上面讲到的substantially non-metallic material 是什么意思?
判能找到高人指点!

应该是带电体和电器元件要通过850度灼热丝试验。因最近几年每年出货去澳洲和新西兰,送认证和他们那边实验室也是怎么理解的。
