请教关于PGJI2的问题

我们有家客户买我们的“空白标签”，要求有UL认证，按理说，我们是应该提供PGJI2的档案给他们的，但是，因为他们买我们产品的时候，没告诉我们说他自己回去要加印UL标志，只是说要要求材料有UL认证，又因为我司对这款材料没有做PGJI2的认证，所以我们就提供了我司供应商PGGU2的档案给他们，现在UL查核到我们客户用我司提供的标签打印UL标志，然后开了个VN，客户要求我司对此做出解释；请问，他们买材料的时候说要有UL认证，那我们就必须提供PGJI2的档案吗？他们自己去做这个认证不行吗？

What I suggest is your factory should do this approval, cause if your factory is a label supplier, then PGJI2/8 is a normal approval, and it also can let your factory get more customers...
