1. Local in Nanjing or Jiangyan. Because supplier 's office is in Nanjing and factory is in Jiangyan. If this guy is in Nanjing, supplier can take him to factory.
2. Has QC experience. This guy is supposed to work in quality department in manufactory or inspection company, no matter how long he does QC job.
3. This guy can make QC report. If he can make English QC report is better. He should provide this report in 24 hours after inspection.
4. We pay him 300RMB per day for one inspection in one month. Also we pay him all his travelling expense.
