前天收到一份offer，思来想去，个人分析没什么没有出差补贴和酒店住宿标准，但还是心存奢望，各位有经验人士，帮看看有没有出差补助等隐形收入。如果没有，还真的不甘心，跟对方互通了2封邮件问了。是税前工资，基本死工资一份。多少有点失望。
Hello XX,
as per our interview yesterday, I would like to announce you that the salary fixed from the XXX head office for this position is 5000RMB per month;
And we promise you that after your probation salary, we will give you 400 per month for house renting;
And beyond this monthly gross salary, you will have:
Performance Bonus: you will be eligible to receive from zero to 15 percent of your monthly GROSS salary base on your achievement, paid quarterly via direct bank deposit. This performance bonus will go into effect after you have passed your two month probation period. And 13th month.
Benefits: Standard, company-provided benefits for employees, including the following are eligible after probation and include:
