Training center: Web, EF

Does anybody have any experience to learn your English in training center, such as web, EF, could you share your training experience to us?
I will share my experience in one training center that it is taking too much time on preview before the class which is very dull to beat the keyboard for even 6 hours before get the first private class. Most foreigner in Training center are not fulltime teacher, they are from local foreign company or any social club. Some of them really have teaching background, but some of them are not from teaching area, they are top manager of company, or retired person who lives in China.
You experience in these kind of training center will be welcome.

Your suggestion is quite useful, but sometimes persistence on learning is not always last for a long time. Self-discipline is not easy for everyone. When you get to learning center you probably have different feelings to learn and willing to learn, force you to learn even we are working. Anyway, your proposal wlll be highly appreciated!
