1.熟悉产品。这样能清楚的判定。
2.心态要放正。招待是人家的人情。不招待。是人家的根本。
3.沟通。良好的沟通。
4.良好的同事关系。

i think if there have a checklist and you have a suit of checking procedure, and there also have a test report for your reference,then you can conduct any inspection. nothing special, inspection is so easy and not a big deal for an inspector who have more than experience of five years.
