首先你要搞清楚，TUV认证不是强制认证。至于需不需要看客户要求。。。。。

I don't know why did the product need to do TUV certification,maybe it's the client need a test report only,many consumer accept certification are the test report,for example TRU are used COC

This product is must just TUV certification, it should be there are many Safety certification.
