驗貨員英文重要還是經驗重要？？？

現在很多公司招人的條件是英文聼說讀寫流利，但是英文聼說讀寫流利而且經驗豐富的驗貨員又有多少人呢？

如果只做验货的话我觉得经验好的话要OK了,只是说有的公司验货员有时要和老外沟通,就必须要口语好点的,而且还有一些邮件的来往需要英文来沟通,如果英语好验货也OK的话不是做主管就是经理了,你们说是不是.

英文固然重要，但经验也是不可或缺的。你说呢楼主。有几位英文是一流的，我看，没几位吧。要真那么好的话，会去做这个，早就待在办公室吹冷气了，还有功夫天南地北的验货。
