1 INSPECTION CRITERIA
1.1 COSMETIC
1.1.1 General Cosmetic:The bottle shall be no major pitting, Scratching, Corrosion or spots, finish of surface shall be in good condition. The bottom shall be even, No wobble base is allowed. Colour and style shall be same as ref. sample.
1.1.2 Special Cosmetic Requirements for the Product
1.1.2.1 No dirt, foreign insect inside.
1.1.2.2 No corrosion, rust, spot inside/outside surface.
1.1.2.3 No wobble base and shape deformation.
1.2 FUNCTIONAL (Check on level II)
1.2.1 The bottom should be level and smooth, No wobble is allowed when put on flat surface such as a glass plate.
1.2.2 Lid should be airtight. No severe deformation or irregular shape on spout /lid
1.2.3 The handle and/or belt if any must connect with the body firmly. No loose part and crack.
1.2.4 The surface shall be well finished.
2.TEST:
The products should comply with following tests:
2.1 Leakage Resistance Test per special level S-3 (on site test). Fill the bottle to nominal capacity with water then tip it 90 degree on to its side for 15 minutes and note any leakage. Next, invert the item upside down and shake vigorously and return it right way up. Check no leakage from lid or spout occur.
2.2 Pouring Water Test per special level S-3. After complete the 5.1, pour the water in bottle Check that the water should flow smoothly from the spout of bottle without dripping throughout the pouring operation
2.3 Volume Check per special level S-1. Fill the item to its nominal capacity with water and then empty the water into measuring cylinder to check the volume with an acceptable tolerance of +/- 5%.
