大家从事验货多年,大家一起来探讨一下,当你去一家你没有接触过(对品质一无所知)的公司验货,你会是怎样的验货心态?会不会验货合格了还是会不放心这批货的质量?还是另有对策?希望大家努力发言,相互学习!!!

This is answering to Chocoxiao:
First, the information for operations must be confirmed by your company, you cannot get fresh from factory and apply directly.
Second, usually you need to follow customer's requirements, not the factory's. You might be misguided by factory.
Third, it is important that you should  not have factory know the fact that you did did not know! o/w, the consequence might be disastrous.
For ISP, usually an inspector would not be assigned to work on product that he know nothing.

现在检验员的心态不平稳啊！看到业务开着轿车，上着馆子！而自己的能力也不差。为什么他们能那样呢？一个天上 一个底下！你说心里平么？

对于一个工厂的货的松紧，不是看一批货怎么样
而是看这个工厂的质量意识

很难说的，不知道在这发言的各位对这行了解多少？
有些事是根据实际情况的！不是你有标准就可以了的，标准是看你怎么把握的！说起来就复杂了

首先下单之前公司也许已经考虑了很多  我们做这行的总是对事不对人的  只要我们手头上有样板可以跟工厂沟通客人所要的产品是什么样的一个标准 以及这款产品在别的工厂生产时所出现的问题 验货按照我们的方法去验应该 是没有什么问题的

你们没有样板吗？有样板你就要先告诉他们的要求啊

如果初次去这家工厂，正是学习的好机会，你可以通过验货，与工厂进行一些互动沟通，从沟通当中就可以学习到一些他们的专业知识，同时能也能够了解到这家工厂的品管系统是否健全，以及品管人员的专业情况。
只要按照验货步骤一步一步来，没有验到问题，就不必担心了。
