What You Will Do

Do you want to use your technical and management skills and bring them to the next level? Our Operations team is responsible for delivering 100,000 inspections, audits and lab tests per year. If you deeply believe that customer satisfaction must always come first, we would love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the operation Leader will work on operations projects, go on site for assessments, training , continuous improvements and proposal of new idea
  
Your Responsibilities
-  Setting/checking internal procedures, make sure the company policies/ inspection procedures are complied;
-  Provide technical training program support and give guidance to inspector to maintain a consistent quality services;
-  Coordinate with internal parties to solve any issues may impact inspector's work quality;
-  Perform on-site assessment for inspectors , help to improve the inspection process
-  Other job assigned by the management.

The Skills We’re Looking For

-  College diploma or above in Textile or related disciplines;
-  Above 5 years working experience, and at least 2 years with supervision role in quality control field;
-  Good command in English both speaking and writing;
-  Integrity, able to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal communication skill;
-  Autonomous, methodical and details oriented;
-  A synthetic and practical spirit, good adaptation skills are required.
