Inspection standards:
We work with the international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard:
1) ANSI/ASQZ1.4 (MIL-STD-105E)
2) US 4 points for fabrics
Normal Process of Inspection:
1. There are two ways to book an inspection.
a. You can register on our website as a member then you can book the inspection online ----www.tcochina.com
b. We need you to fill out attached Submission Form of the order information and send back.
Or you can send us the PI/SC with the detailed product information. All these files need to be sent to us at least 48hour before the inspection date.
2. After getting order information, we will determine the man day for the inspection and send you Invoice for arranging payment to us.
3. After reveiving the payment, we will issue the Inspection Criteria of your products for approval.
4. In the meantime, we will contact supplier to double confirm the final inspection date and keep you posted.
5. The final inspection report will be sent to you on the following workday of the inspection day.
P.S We can send you the Inspection Summary after finishing the inspection if required.
We can also provide Supplier Verification Service:
1.Supplier Verification (SV) - US$199 (for promotion) --- To inspect the realness and situation of the factory.
2.Factory Audit (FA) - US$450 --- To get more information of labor and social responsibility of the factory.
3.Social Audit (SA) - US$450 --- To know about Labor rights, abide by laws, safety production, environment protection etc.
