QC Inspector
The Quality Inspector’srole is to support our quality control efforts in China. This will involve factory on-site inspections, creating and/or evaluating corrective action plans with our vendors, as well as various product testing. Reporting on inspection and testing activities is required.
Responsibilities:
? Travel to vendor/factories frequently for inline/final inspection before shipment to US
? Report inspection results in English
? Advise QC supervisor regarding any issues found during inspection
? Provide/Review corrective action with factory for quality issues and help factory to improve their quality management
? Check production status and push factory for on-time delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
? 2 years QC working experience
? BS/BA degree, preferably in Engineering
? Good Liaison / People Skills – person needs to represent Zenith at the factory
? Have a strong command of written English
? Must have good organization skills
? Eagerness to learn on the job
? Able and willing to travel extensively in China.
Additional Desired Attributes and Abilities:
? Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
? Experience in hardware, household products AQL inspection
? Knowledge of bath room products is preferred
? Self-motivated
? Attention to Detail
? Ability to interpret engineered or technical drawings
? Strong written English skills
Working hours as below :
- The Company’s normal working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm with alternative Saturday off.
- You are entitled to one hours of lunch break every day.
