NOA is notice of authorization, but I don't know what's the NOC.
NOA is issued in the case that the UL engineer has already finished most of the tests, and there is evidance that no risk can exist, but it needs a little long time for the engineer to finish the official UL FUS procedure, then the NOA was issued and authorize the manufacturer can ship out the products with the UL mark attached... |
