关于产品说明书中的安全说明(safety instruction)，是不是safety instruction一定得包含在user manual中？
有没有哪个标准或文件明确说safety instruction不能和user manual分开。

一班都放在一起，UL有些电器要求要贴在机器的表面。

UL/ETL哪个标准有讲放在说明书中的？
现在我遇上一个问题，就是工厂打算印safety instruction放在包装盒表面，不单独用一张纸附带。
另外，工厂还不提供user manual随着产品出货，只提供用户网上下载user manual.这是个奇怪的情况，但我得拿出硬性规定证明给它们看。
据我所了解，UL法规上只有safety instruction的内容规定和建议，没有提到safety instruction必须随同user manual。

UL标准上有提到的，看这段原文：
Information with regard to safety is required according to this standard. This information shall be
given in a separate booklet or sheet, or be located before any operating instructions in an instruction for
installation or use and supplied with the apparatus. This information shall be given in a language
acceptable to the country where the apparatus is intended to be used.

欧洲的怎么还可以单独做一张纸呢，按照标准上面写的，我的理解应该是：
UL/ETL: 单独做张纸或小册子；放在说明书中
欧洲：说明书中

shall be given in an instruction for installation or use and supplied with the apparatus.
