EN60335-2-31的clause 8讲到：
8.2 Addition:
After the removal of detachable parts during user maintenance, the basic insulation of
internal wiring may be touched provided it is electrically equivalent to the insulation of cords
complying with IEC 60227 or IEC 60245.
请问“provided it is electrically equivalent to the insulation of cords complying with IEC 60227 or IEC 60245.”应该怎样理解？通过UL认证的单芯基本绝缘线是否可以满足要求呢？

应该是对内部导线的绝缘皮的要求，ul的线应该是可以的，但是按照EN标准做的话，还是要满足IEC 60227 or IEC 60245要求的线，就是一般PVC绝缘线或者橡胶线

我认为不能接受，除非你有充足的证据证明符合UL标准就等于符合了IEC60227或者60245。一般而言，在做欧洲认证时候，满足UL要求只能作为参考，而不能作为依据。
