就是一般符合性证书，出处是CPSIA，GCC必须由美国进口商或美国国内生产商提供，进口商必须是常驻美国的或者在美国有常驻的代理处，每一个/批产品都需要有符合性证书，电子档也可以，符合性证书要提供给发行商/零售商，不需要提供给最终消费者，需要提供给消费品委员会(提前24小时)。证书包含内容（必须使用英文编写）
产品信息(identification of the product)
产品符合标准信息(safety regulation to which this product is being certified)
生产商信息(identification of the manufacturer)
美国进口商信息(identification of the U.S importer)
贴标商信息(identification of the private labeler)
测试结果持有人的信息(contact information for the individual maintaining the records of test results)
产品生产/组装的日期和地点(date and place where this product was manufactured)
测试的相关信息(date and place where this product was tested)
认可实验室的信息(indentification of any third-party )
