Requirement of candidate is as follow:
The Inspector's role is to do the inspection job as per company requirement based on ISO 2859, he should sample the products, find the defects, make the inspection report in English, and reflect the inspection result to quality manager. The inspection report should be equity, preciseness, and punctual. He should have the ability and skills to do the IPI, DPI, FRI, inspection, loading supervision and factory audit. As an inspector he should follow quality manager's instruction and cooperate with sourcing team and give great opinions for supplier to improve the quality and reduce potential risk that clients will find. He needs to support sourcing team on quality control, problem analyze and process control.
Minimum 2-3 years experience special familiar with consumer products and industry products in a 3rd party Quality Control Company such as SGS, TUV etc.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Good command of spoken and written English to communicate professionally with team
Solid work experience with inspection process.
Excellent organizational skills
some traveling is necessary
A team player with a positive outlook, a sense of accountability, and drive.
