INSPECTION CRITERIA
1. PACKGING & PACKING
All packaging and packing material and method shall follow the information provided & listed in Inspection Initialization Sheet (US) andd approved sample.
1) GENERAL REQUIREMENT 一般要求
a. Wrong packing method 包裝及裝箱方法不足
b. Shortage of packed product 貨品數量不足
c. Carton mark illegible, missing or wrong printing 箱嘜模糊，不全或錯誤
d. Poor quality of corrugated master 卡通箱質量不足
e. Carton wrinkled or damaged 卡通起皺或破難
f. Internal packed item visible from outside 箱内產品露出
g. Missing sealing of master carton ( H pattern) 沒有或缺少封箱膠紙
h. Wetted, damp, carton 卡通潮濕或發霉
2）MASTER CARTON DROP TEST 落地測試
a. Master carton box opened /damaged 卡通箱破難或打開
b. Packed product damaged 任何箱内貨品破難
c. Internal packaging damaged, wrinkled 貨品包裝破難，起皺
d. Part dislocated inside the packaging 彩盒内貨品移位
e. Abrasion mark on product or packaging 貨品或彩盒有磨損
f. Cannor operated as intended by design 產品不能正常運作，應用
3）WOODEN PART 木質部分
a. Cracks on surface, bug hole 表面裂痕，蟲孔
b. Splinter or chip on product 木碎，木刺
c. Insufficient glue at jointing edges 接位膠水不足
d. Excessive glue on product 膠水過量
e. Nail exposed 露釘
f. Dent hole, groove 凹孔，凹坑
4）FABRIC & TEXITLE 紡織品及布料
a. Threads per unit length (woven fabric) different 經緯密度不同
b. Stitch density (knitted fabric) different 針數密度不同
c. Oil spot on leather or fabric 油漬，水漬
d Strinpping, missing, loosen of zipper/fastener 拉鏈紐扣脫落或松脫
e. Poor trimming of excessive fabric, string 車工不良，短綫
f. Poor sewing, missing or broken 綫頭露出
g. Zipper mismarching, broken or damaged 拉鏈不對稱，斷或損壞
h. Snap button too loose or two tight 紐扣太松或太緊
5）PERFORMANCE/FUNCTION 功能
a. Cannot operate as intended by design 不能正常運作，應用

6）SAFETY 安全
a. Non-functionl sharp point, sharp edge or any other potential hazard
含有非功能上的銳角/利邊或有潛在危險
7) APPEARANCE/AESTHETIC 外觀
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
a. Painting peel off, smear, under spray, foreign, scratch & uneven paint 油漆脫落，油漆污漬，油漆不足，外來油漬，尤其不均及刮花。
b. Damage, deformation, distortion 損壞，變形
c. Missing part/component 缺件
d. Execessive of glue mark 膠水過量
e. Excessive dirt/dust on product 產品不清潔
f. Missing country of original 沒有產地來源標簽
g. Trade mark & logo irregular 任何商標或標記不良，破損
h. Differ colour, texture, glossy 顔色，手感，光澤不同
i. Different dimension or material 尺寸或物料不同
8) PLASTIC PART 塑膠部分
a. Sress mark, under shot, shrinkage, sink mark, warping, burn mark, flow mark
拉伸紋，缺料，縮水，凹印，縮水紋，彎曲變形，焦烙痕跡，流水紋
b. Cracked or broken unit 斷裂
c. Excessive flash, poor trimming of flash 水口
d. Mould released oil on unit 出模油污
9）MENTAL PART 金屬部分
a. Yellow mark, rust part, pitting, dent mark 黃斑，生銹，腐蝕，凹痕
b.Excessive burr, rough edges 批鋒，毛邊
c. Polishing material remain, figure print on surface 抛光蠟漬或指模
d. Screw stripping, missing, lossen 螺絲脫落，失去，未有旋好
e. Poor electroplate, watermark, sand outlet, air bladder
电镀不良， 水印， 沙孔，气泡
10）CERAMIC PART 陶瓷部分
a. Loss gold, wobbling, yellow mark, gold not shiny
掉金，不平穩，黄斑，金不亮
b. color different, deformed, tool spot mark 色差，变形，模线
c. pin holes on body, sand spot on the body, unglazed on the product
