the requirement: 100%(10000piecses) must be packed.
the actual finding:80%(8000 piecese) were packed. 20%(2000 pieces) were packed but did no at the factory. the manufacter told me that they took it back to factory after spending 1 hour.
the result: 1 hour have pasted,but i could not see the rest carton(20%).according to the requirement from my company,i gave up the inpection.
Handle Snatch Check
Procedure :
-Put ______ kg weight inside the bag.
-By holding the handle, pick the bag up sharply for 5 times.
-To check whether any breakage, torn or detach was found.
