Hi-Pot test(高壓測試) LII Class I: 1500Vac, 1S. Class II: 4250Vac,1S.( cut-off current setting on Hi-pot tester should less than 100mA,initial setting 0.5~5mA was recommended)（Class I: 1500Vac,1S. 1MA Class II: 4250Vac,1S 1MA）
Polarity test(极性檢查) 5PCS Live wire connect to switch ,thermostat, Thermal fuse,（火線接到開關﹐溫控器）
Grounding continuity test接地測試 LII 12V, 1.5times of rated current or 25A( whichever is greater),not exceed 0.1Ω（12V, 25A,不大于0.1Ω）
Power input test(功率檢查) LII Less than +5% of rated power and more than -10% of rated power（功率值的90% 与105% 之間）
Switch operation test開關摯檢查 LII Shall operate smoothly 20 times consecutively操作20次無阻滯
Function test (功能檢查) LII Case by case按說明書
Boil test with water filled in煲水測試 LII No sudden jets or hot water spouts, lid does not fall, no large water drops forming on handle or down onto base. Must shut off after reaching the boiling point
within 8 seconds. Must reset (power stays on) within 25 seconds沒有熱水突然濺出﹐倒水時不能沖開壺蓋﹐手柄上不能形成水滴或落到底座上﹐在8分鐘內煮開并斷電﹐在25秒內應复位
Dry boil test干煲測試 LII Thermostat should work without melting or burning, or other safety issues Must restart after reset device is sufficiently溫控器必須動作且沒有熔化﹑燃燒或其他安全問題。且可充分复位。
Water leakage test滲水測試 10 PCS Fill with water and place on a tissue paper for inspection time , No moisture to be evident.
水壺裝滿水后放在一張棉紙上﹐沒有明顯的濕跡。
Strain relief test
(電線拉力測試) 5 PCS 60N, 1Sec. for 25 times, power cord displacement less than 2mm （60N, 1S. 25 次﹐位移小于2mm
Handle pull test手柄拉力測試 5 PCS Apply an axial pull 30N for 1minute, no loosen out
施加軸向力 30N ﹐ 1分鐘﹐無松動
Screw strength torque test螺絲扭力測試 5 PCS Shall not tip over when tilted to a 10 degree angle in any direction( for electric heat appliance increase to 15)（Not less than 5kgfcm不小于 5kgfcm）
Stability test穩定性測試 5 PCS Shall not tip over when tilted to a 10 degree angle in any direction( for electric heat appliance increase to 15)在 10斜面不能翻倒﹐電熱類為 15
Screen printing test絲印測試 5 PCS No peel off using 3M Tape用 3M 貼紙測試無脫落
Plating test電鍍測試 1 PCS Cut 1.0mm cross hatch on surface, No peel off using 3M Tape切 1.0mm 方格１００個 ﹐用 3M 貼紙測試無脫落
Endurance test耐久性測試 1 PCS Operate product in normal condition with max setting for2-3 hours, then hi-pot test and function test shall be conducted, all results shall be acceptable正常條件下﹐最高擋工作 2-3 小時, 然后高壓測試﹐功能測試應合格
Carton drop test跌箱測試 1 PC As ISTA TEST PROCEDURES 2B&2A按照ISTA 2B&2A
Internal construction test內部檢查 5 PCS Adequate clearance and creepage distance, correct components, no foreign object inside, no loose足夠的電气距离和爬電距离﹐正确的元件﹐無异物和松動
Fuse inside plug (for BS)插頭檢查 (BS) 5 PCS Approved BS 1363 plug, correct wiring, no loose strands& wire ,no solders, terminal screws, plug screw and fuse holder were secure （BS 1363 認証﹐正确排線﹐無散線絲﹐無焊接﹐端子螺絲可靠緊固。
保險管檢查 5 PCS Approved BS 1362 fuse, filled with damping sands （BS 1362 認証﹐內部裝帶防爆沙）
UPC Barcode scannable test
（UPC 條碼掃描測試） LII All UPC barcode in sample are scannable , UPC scanned number match UPC label （UPC 條碼可掃描﹐且數字与標貼相符） |
