哪位大侠可以好好讲解下低功率点的判断
标准上所说的between the point to be investigated and the opposite pole of the supply source.
这个supply source指的就是电源的L和N吗？假如电路中有个变压器 这个supply source是否也指变压器的次级输出L and N呢？

Note 1 the measurements are made from only one pole of the supply source, preferably the one that gives the feweat low-power points. 这句怎么理解
