本公司主要是生产“电动机-压缩机”（冰箱，除湿机用），假如通过了CE认证，以后会出现年度或季度的工厂检查吗？

CE 是不需要年度检查的，如果通过CCC, UL, TUV之类的就要进行季度或年度跟踪检查了

There is no factory inspection for CE, it's just a self declaration...but if some problems happen in the future, the guy who sign the CE report will be responsible for this case, sometimes , it's very serious and may be put into jail for the serious issues....
