1 What do you want from xx company?
Answer: I want to work for the xx company, to make my contribution to help the company grow and enjoy the sense of achievement, as well as get myself improved.

Answer: I hope to have each assigned task well done, to match with my good will and hard work.
3 How do you contact and find factories ?
Answer: 1)through the internet
2) to learn from brochures of specific industrial groups and communities, like the Canton Fair, etc.
3)to learn from my friends and contacts in existing factories.
4.What kind of factories will you contact ?
Answer: I would contact factories with potential capability of production and supply, with major criteria as below:
1)intention of cooperation
2) capacity
3)quality system
4) service capacity
5) Human resource status, when necessary
5.How do you work with factories ?
Answer: 1) I would treat factories impartially as business partner, striving for mutual improvement and development.
2) I would try to get in contact with the top management, to have them know our company and push them to work well with us.
3) I would frequently visit the factory, to get first-hand information.
6.How do you control these factories ?
Answer: 1) This is largely subject to our demand and order status.
2) I would classify the factories according to their contribution and potential capability. For those core and good factories, give encouragement and praise when applicable.
7.What kind of relationship will you keep with factories ?
Answer: Business partner and Leader in business stream, to have them work better for us.
8. If you work for Uni Hosiery as an inspector, you should push hard factories to make good quality products. Sometimes factories cost is higher than their sale price to make good quality products. This means you sacrifice your own people and country for foreigners. What would think about this and how can you handle this ?
Answer: Being an inspector, I think it is necessary to fix the quality level with factories and push factory follow the standards. Cost is normally not the concern for inspector. When instructed, I would check and make sure the cost level. Should there be such case, I would report to my superior of the situation, and give prewarning that, if the company wants quality goods, do not give price for rubbish. That is all I can do on such occasion.
9 Where do you live ? Which area of your country can you cover for inspection ?
Answer: This is just subject to travel arrangement. I can go anywhere.
10. If you have any work experience for outwear or underwear , please describe details.( job description, time, material, style, etc ).
Answer: up to yourself.
11. What is the most important part of inspection of Ladies' panties, Men’s 100 % cotton T-shirt, Men's 100% cotton bikini brief and Men’s woven boxer shorts ?
Answer: for all garments, basic function(to cover the body, to keep warm) and decorative capacity are the core factors.
12. If you work as an inspector, please explain how you can follow up the orders placed, inspect the goods, keep the Q/C and then report to the company ?
Answer: it depends on following points:
1) company’s requirements on quality and budget control
2) factories status
3) for field control, I would work closely with factory’s QA/QC section, following the principles and guidelines of ISO9001, to have all control points checked and monitored, together with prompt report to relevant company managers for evaluation and further instructions.
13. What is the basic 3 factors which factory should have ?
Answer: So far as I know, it should be capacity, quality system and intention for cooperations.
14. What is the basic 5 factors to make good quality products ?
Answer: So far as I know, good price, good quality system, good materials, good management and workers, and good machines.
15. How do you control and inspect quality ?
Answer: strictly following the instructions made by the company.
16. Do you know the quota situation of 338, 352, 652, 349, 649 ,332 and 632 ?
Answer: quota control to USA might have expired…
