工作地点 在家上班
工作内容： 1.负责公司广东地区（不限广东）订单质量的检验，包括中期检验，最终检验。按照AQL标准,对比确认样，以及公司订单要求，给出判断结果是否通过。并阐明原因。 2.书写完整的图文并茂的验货报告发送给公司项目经理汇报质量情况。按照公司的验货报告模版当天提供验货报告. 3.对于检验不通过的订单，现场与项目经理电话沟通，并给出解决方案，现场责令工厂返工，并监督完成。
职位要求： 1. 能适应长期出差，吃苦耐劳。 2. 诚信务实，客观真实反映现场订单质量详情. 3. 善于沟通，认真仔细谦虚的与公司内部人员沟通。也要求客观公正的跟工厂沟通。 4. 形象好，待人彬彬有礼，能带给供应商良好的公司形象。 5. 品德好，不收授贿赂,考虑问题以公司利益为重 6. 具有验货员3年以上工作经验。 7. 英文佳，需要能100%看懂英文邮件，并书写英文邮件。 8.优先考虑具备沟通，解决问题能力者
Job Summary: The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach to his or her work and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations. We’re looking for a highly organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in terms of quality, safety, durability and fitting. A proven track record of experience is essential.
A quality control (QC) inspector works to inspect, test, and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and any deviations from specifications. The inspector will discard anything that does not meet with company standards, including products and materials. A QC inspector will observe production operations and equipment to ensure that specifications are being met and to make or order necessary adjustments to processes or assemblies. The inspector will discuss results and findings with those in charge of the products, and recommend any required corrective actions in term of quality but also social and compliance part.
Your Responsibilities: - Perform the pre-production meeting, inline, pre final and final inspections, testing sample picking and evaluate any deviations from company specifications.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for production and recommend necessary correction actions.
- Working in collaboration with the factory to ensure proper quality standards and train the factory to meet TW standards and improve their quality.
- Production and correction action plan follow-up
- Perform technical, quality and social audit and implement CAP
- Ensure the factory are in compliance with TW Code of conduct and local laws
- Daily report to the quality supervisor, merchandiser and European teams about running productions
Your Profile: - Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Quality Controller in women’s wear
- Experience at a European (Western) buying house is an advantage
- Bachelor degree or above in Textile / Clothing engineering
- Strong product knowledge and technical background is a must
- Organized, serious, flexible and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, solution oriented and be proactive
- Excellent English knowledge orally and written
- Must have knowledge on MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet proficiency - Must show Commitment, loyalty and integrity to the company. Has a very strong work ethic and act ethically every day on his daily job following company moral code.
