In general, toys are for use of children. Therefore, they demand special attention to safety. Different countries have different national standards or the industry in each country has its own voluntary requirements concerning the toy manufacture. However, the standards and requirements differ greatly from country to country and are complicated.
This standard presented an unified Tomy quality standard which includes these safety standards.
