Candidates are required to have:

1.      2-4 year college/universitydegree;

2.      At least 3 years of relatedexperience;

3.      Positive attitude with a highregard for integrity and responsibility;

4.      Good knowledge of consumer productinspection, testing, and defect shooting;  

5.      Good knowledge of related EU/USproduct standards and regulations for various consumer and/or commercial products;Capable of developing inspection and testing procedures and QC checklists;

6.      Extensive experience in furniture,electronic/electrical  and/or garmentproducts is an advantage;

7.      Excellent ability of writtenand spoken English, especially for the English internationalregulations/standards;

8.      Good computer skills, able towork in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related computer programs.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Creating, researching andtesting for product standards;

2.      Creation and technicalconsultation for all inspection criteria, checklists, datasheets and relateddocumentation;

3.      Maintenance, Growth, andImprovement on InTouch QA Standards database;

4.      Creation and Maintenance of inspection,testing and various other templates for use internally. Reviewing and editingof the inspection reports submitted by the field inspectors;

5.      Managing lab testing operations(via 3rd party labs) for a variety of clients/products. Management of Lab andother Technical related suppliers;

Pre-production Inspection (PPI)

During Production Inspection (DPI)

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
The pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed, marked and ready for shipment. I randomly draw some product from finished goods, based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001,
DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022, to verify that thefinished products meet with your requirement.
Loading Supervision
