I have been working as a QC inspector for about ten years. I am familiar with home appliances, AV products, luminaries, toys and furniture. I could provide part time inspection for companies or personal (Who really want to improve the product quality and reduce commercial risk, not only want to buy insurance for his products from the inspection company).

Ability:
Familiar with IEC and EN safety standards of home appliances, AV products, luminaries, toys and furniture.
Fluent English
AQSIQ certificate (China inspection and quarantine certificates)

Working experience:
2010-2012, a Chinese inspection company.
Senior Inspection Engineer
Mainly perform daily inspection of home appliances, AV products, luminaries and furniture. Train the accompanied inspectors of inspection procedure and safety standards.

2003-2010, a French inspection company.
QC Inspector
Inspected products for European customers, e.g. CARREFOUR, AUCHAN, PPR, SIDEME, AERA, KINGFISHER and etc.
CS
Help customers chase and organize Technical Construction File (TCF), make sure that the products comply with the safety and environment directives & law of EU and destination country, and meet the requirements of customer.
Help customer fully check the functions of products before purchasing, and then delivery a detailed report of function and usage. And assistant engineers to perform construction check (according with LVD test report).
Check QC inspectors’ inspection reports; communicate with customers and QC inspectors, solve inspection problems.
Supervisor
Responsible for arranging the team’s daily inspection work, training the inspectors of inspection procedure and safety standards, technical factory audit.
